4 Steps for Dealing with Error Code 10
After each of the following four steps, check to see if the error message still appears before moving on to the next step.
- Turn the robotic cleaner power off and on again to reset. If this doesn’t clear the code, move to the next step.
- Check the floating cable connection to the control box. If the connection isn’t secure, tighten it and see if it clears the code.
- Check for corrosion or bent pins at the connection point. If there’s corrosion, remove it and check to see if the code is cleared. Bent pins may need to be replaced.
